Color for gypsum Red has a high coloring ability and resistance to light, salts, weak acids and alkalis. Having such properties, the pigment provides a stable coloration of cement and gypsum hydration products.
Application: production of basic colorful compositions. Coloring mortar mixtures for plastering, roofing with concrete tiles, shaped (castle) paving slabs and other building elements. Also suitable for rubber compounds, flooring materials, ceramic dyes, glass, decorative laminate, etc.
Recommendations for use:
For the high-quality distribution of the dye in concrete or gypsum, it is important to add pigment in stages:
1st stage: preliminary dry mixing of the pigment and filler 15-20 seconds
2nd stage: further mixing after adding cement or gypsum for 15-20 seconds
3rd stage: mixing after adding water 1-1.5 minutes.
Proportions: 2-3% by weight of the mass of cement or gypsum.
The hazard class is the fourth (low hazard substances).
The shelf life of the dry additive is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
