Production plan of 3D panels:
To produce 3D panels, you need to have such components:
To begin with, you need to prepare all components for work, and only then, when everything is ready – we can start to produce 3D panels. Firstly, we need to put lime and fiber in a deep vessel in the required proportion. Everything should be carefully stirred, and only then we fill mixture with cold water. We should stir this mixture again using a drill and helical conveyor.
Then, add gypsum. Stir everything very well so that, to the final result, we get a homogeneous mix containing no clods like thick cream in consistency. When all the previous steps are done, we should slightly grease molds using a mean for formwork, Separen. This is intended to take out a product more easily because mixture frequently sticks to picture of the mold, and as a result, deforms. After that, we should evenly pour this mixture in the prepared mold for 3D panels, and put on the vibrating table.
When panels harden, and it takes approximately 40 minutes, they could be taken out of the mold. Fiber could be replaced with sand, that is, if you do not have any opportunities to use it for the production of 3D panels. However, you should take into account that it will require less water and gypsum under the circumstances. There are special drying chambers for panels, which allow them to dry out more quickly. It is necessary to make sure that there are not any draughts and cold air in the room, where panels will be drying out.
