Product Description

The environmentally friendly lubricant for SEPAREN molds has a wax base and is applicable to all types of molds, formwork made of wood, plastic, rubber and steel, all forms heated by steam, which are filled in hot condition.

The main consumers of SEPAREN are enterprises for the production of reinforced concrete products, foam concrete blocks, aerated concrete blocks, paving slabs, euro fences, artificial stone, gypsum 3D panels and construction companies that use SEPAREN for formwork lubrication.

Non-combustible and not containing substances harmful from the point of view of hygiene, not polluting the environment and groundwater.

Application

SEPAREN is suitable for all types of formwork and forms of wood, plastic, rubber and steel. High resistance to abrasion by concrete allows in some cases multiple stripping without reuse of stripping means. SEPAREN does not affect the color of concrete and can also be used for white cement concrete. Does not destroy organic materials such as: rubber compaction of metal forms, rubber matrices, plywood or heat-insulating materials.

SEPAREN can be applied by brush, spray, roller, etc. It is advisable to apply the thinnest layer of the product. A thick layer is uneconomical, it affects the quality of the surface of concrete, gypsum and the strength of the applied layer. If a thinner consistency is required for application, then SEPAREN can be diluted with water up to 50%, adding it in small portions and mixing.
CAUTION! Concrete or gypsum in the form or formwork is laid only after the film formed by SEPARENE has dried.

Warehousing, Packaging and Transport

When storing, it does not freeze. Protect from sunlight or other heat. Store the product in a sealed metal package, varnished, or galvanized.

Shelf life 6 months.
SEPAREN is delivered in 200l barrels, but at the request of the customer it can be packaged in barrels and plastic canisters of different capacities.

Precautionary measures
During storage, handling and use, all instructions for working with substances belonging to the III class of combustibility must be observed. When working indoors, ensure adequate ventilation. Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited. The product is non-toxic, however, like all other chemicals, it should be considered harmful to health and, when working with it, observe hygiene rules.
